Maurizio is the founding partner of the firm.
He advises a wide range of international clients, including high net worth individuals, family offices, sports personalities, business, as well as institutions on a variety of private international law matters.
Maurizio has extensive experience in the areas of cross-border wealth and succession planning, international commercial law and sports law where he is regularly appointed as an arbitrator before the Court of Arbitration for Sport (Lausanne, Switzerland).
He is a sports law Professor at the University of Monaco and at Bocconi University in Milan.
In addition to being the Chairman to STEP MONACO since 2014, Maurizio was appointed Deputy Chairman of STEP Europe in 2015 and as representative of STEP Europe to the World Wide Council in 2018.
He is a Member of the Committee of the Legal Advisors’ Chamber in Monaco (CCJM) since 2019.
Maurizio is a frequent speaker at leading conventions and conferences, including organizing the first Step Europe conference taking place in Monaco in 2016.
Maurizio speaks French, Italian, English and German.
